Heathergate Country Park
Heathergate Country Park is less than two miles from the famous Abbey town of Hexham with it's beautifull architecture and shopping. There are nice parks and fine restaurants to enjoy in the centre of town with organic cafes and coffee shops in the winding walkways!
The centre piece of the park is the Koi Carp pond which adjoins the common barbeque area. The barbeques area is free for our owners to enjoy whenever the sun shines and the fancy takes them! Simply let us know when you want o use it & we will ensure that the gas is attached & ready for your culinary fun. Several times a year we arrange functions for our owners and in the summer we do this here on the park, a couple of gazebos go up for shade and we build a temporary bar and food bench and all we ask in return is that you enjoy yourself!. The park is a five-star park and as such is kept to a five-star standard; The lawns and gardens are always immaculate. The park is a nice relaxing place to enjoy your free time.
The Park
The gym is a small boutique facility which attained 100% on our five star scoring with Northumberland Tourist Authority. Equipment includes top of the range bicycle machine, eliptical trainer, stepping ladder, rowing machine and running machine. There are some Nike core training balls and some dumbbells with a dumbbell bench. Drinks fridge operatded on an honesty box policy and TV make your work out a pleasure not a chore. The gym is open 24 hours a day for owners (plus their friends and family)

The Bellamy lounge is a nice area to relax in, there is a computer for your use if you maybe forget to bring your device. There is music, a small library and a coffee machine too. Free fibre optic WiFi is available across the park. Next to the office, with it's small Ringtons shop, is a laundrette with washers and dryers which are very inexpensive. There is an outside drying area if preferred. Then for our green-fingered owners we have a potting shed behind the laundrette area.
The park boasts a CCTV system recording 24 hours a day and electronic gates that are closed between 7pm and 8am - owners use a code to access the park during these hours. We do not have a rental fleet and do not allow private rentals (obviously friends and family are welcome!) This means you can rest assured of your personal and property's security both when you're on park and when you're not! There is an out of hours warden living on park so in emergency, help is always there
